This advanced water treatment unit uses state-of-the-art membrane technology to remove suspended solids, bacteria, and other impurities, ensuring a consistently high-quality water supply for beverage production. The system supports Kozuvčanka’s rigorous quality standards while aligning with modern environmental and operational efficiencies.

Dalvina winery stood out as one of the most prosperous companies in this sector, thanks primarily to the constant investment in new technologies and facilities, as well as the professional and loyal team, with an annual production of 6 million liters.

Through each step of production, Dalvina introduces the most modern technology, starting from the grape harvest to the fermentation process. The goal is always the same - to create a high standard product.

From the cooperation between Ecotype and Dalvina winery we single out the following projects:

Prune and sediment filtration system

By installing the Pall - Oenoflow HS filtration system, the winery drastically reduced the wine loss that occurred as a result of the previous filtration system.

Wine filtration with modules instead of existing filter plates

With the realization of this project, the winery replaced the existing filter plates with filtration with modules. As the filtration system was changed from open to closed type, after the replacement the oxidation process of the wine was reduced.

Skopsko Smooth, Ecotip delivered and installed a state-of-the-art Pall beer filtration and stabilization system to ensure product quality at every stage. This advanced setup includes multi-stage stainless steel filtration vessels, precision dosing units, and a fully automated control system labeled oPRP6 for critical process monitoring. The system provides high-efficiency microbial stabilization and clarifies the beer without compromising taste, color, or aroma. With this solution, Ecotip helped the client enhance shelf life, meet international quality standards, and maintain the signature smoothness of their beer, all while optimizing operational efficiency and reducing energy use.

The restaurant “Vruć Vetar” from Leskovac, with 27 years of tradition, faced a serious challenge when opening their new catering facility – poor ventilation and dissatisfied employees. However, our team, together with our partners from Inofielt Belgrade, found the perfect solution: the Kitchen Exhaust Purifier FKE02G-2E and the High Efficiency Activated Carbon Box FKF02GW, which resulted in clean air in the workspace, a better atmosphere for employees, and satisfied customers
